- Consultation: Schedule a free consultation via this link https://calendly.com/darlinstraveldestinations/free_consultation
- Planning: After the consultation call, we will research and bring 2-3 proposals via a zoom meeting to discuss the details. Once you choose the option, we will discuss deposits and payment schedule.
- Bon Voyage! Darlin's will be available if you need to reach out during your trip. Tag Darlin's on IG and FB, as we love to see your photos.
We will share the overall process in detail during the consultation.
Planning Fees for Family Vacations
Bronze - Starting at $50 per Household
Ideal for travelers with a specific itinerary and is only interested in reservation management support and advocacy. (i.e., specific hotel only, airfare only - and no research)
Silver - Starting at $100 per Household
Ideal for independent minded travelers who are interested in a single destination or cruise with hotels, airfare, and excursions. Includes consultation and research to match you with the right hotel or cruise.
Diamond - Starting at $200 per Household
Ideal for travelers seeking a custom-designed itinerary that includes multiple destinations and modes of travel, or a highly detailed itinerary for a single destination. Itinerary is tailored to your travel style, desired pace, and preferences.
During free consultation call, Darlin's will go over everything that is included at all levels and what is specific to each level. Also cancellation fees and any additional charges that could be incurred.
Planning Fees for Groups
Group Event Planning Fee - Starting at $300
A custom-designed itinerary that includes multiple destinations and modes of travel, or a highly detailed itinerary for a single destination. Itinerary is tailored to the groups style, desired pace, and preferences. A $50 per couple charge may be applied.
During free consultation call, Darlin's will go over everything that is included for the group event. Also cancellation fees and any additional charges that could be incurred.
